    Staying here with my family was enjoyable, especially the kids loved the spacious layout of our room. They had a blast with the LED lights around the bed and wardrobe. I also appreciated the timely room service that ensured we were well taken care of.

    My wife says that the reception was quite slow, which caused us to miss the shuttle to Haram.

    The reception staff were shockingly unprofessional, ignoring me while chatting with others like I was invisible. I also had to practically plead to leave my suitcase, can't believe that. Expected at least an upgrade or some fancy gesture for my trouble, but guess that was asking too much.

    Staying at park inn was great. The kids loved playing in the spacious room, and the shuttle to haram was super convenient. After a long day, the staff even brought us extra towels and water to our room.

    Every detail was very good, such as staff and rooms. We had early check in and the rooms were huge and luxury with breakfast. Loved the location near to the bus station. Thank you for a really great stay - would definitely book again.

    Clean place & very very helpful and competent staff in night shift. Extra large bed in the double room, plus a mini-bar, a sofa bed and an iron. Breakfast with the quality of food. Excellent hotel, absolutely perfect and magnificent location, close to Jamarat bus station. Based right by the mountain, and the taxis.

    The shuttle to Haram is super convenient and runs approx. Every hour. Rooms were clean with a comfy sofa, tv, and spacious shower. Had access to the gym with cool steam room! Nice breakfast spread and just a short cab ride if needed. Lots of eateries nearby too.
